"Family Weekend and Retreat" was the headline on last year's notice and application.  One of the first considerations in the original concept of a weekend getaway Summit was family.  We go to lots of meetings and seminars that many times take us away from family and children.  This is not one of those occasions.  There will be planned activities for children of all ages and a mountaintop full of opportunities for extemporaneous exploration.   We have experienced staff to supervise children's activities.  Possible activities:

Lake for canoeing, hiking trails, sand volleyball field, baseball field, basketball court, horseshoes, campfire pit with seating, caves.

Kids eat and stay for free in camp lodging and families are also invited to bring tents for camping at no charge.

Note: Kid's activities are offered at no charge all day Saturday but we will need to know that you're coming. Please check the box on the registration form. Children under 7 must be accompanied by an adult.
